Aaaaaaand…we’re back
Lots of fires, water issues and tenant unrest
I hope everyone had a nice break over the Holidays. Time to get back to business. While the newsletter was published, there was still plenty of news in the MHC world.
Lots of infrastructure issues highlighted on the local news (see Video Gallery section).
One thing not included in the newsletter are news pieces around mobile home fires. Let’s just say, there were a lot. If you own a park, please educate your residents around safe practices for staying warm.
Finally, it turns out the college admissions scandal mastermind is now living in a “trailer park” (link here).
Enjoy!
