Seems to be the usual suspects around MHC news. One thing that’s interesting is the recurring theme of high housing costs. Peter Thiel cites housing costs as a reason not to move to South Florida (link here) and UC Santa Cruz students are so rent burdened they are living in “trailers” (link here).
