Maybe, but probably not
Some residents purchased their respective communities in New Hampshire, Florida and Colorado. While ROC’s are not a new phenomenon, this is the first time we’ve seen more than one announced in a week’s time. A growing trend? Time will tell.
Also, some residents are worried about displacement, evictions and of course rent hikes - “Residents of Newbury Park senior mobile home park stunned at 8.5% rent hike”. Apparently, these residents haven’t heard of the word inflation.
