Based on the number of articles this week about the water & infrastructure in various mobile home parks, it’s a good time to remind MHP buyers to understand the quality of the infrastructure they are buying and to maintain it after purchase.
Interesting fact of the week - when The Rock was beginning his wrestling career, he lived in a mobile home park outside of Memphis, TN.
